At Actively Black, we stand behind the quality of our performance gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
